James Whitsun Jones

Being unhappy with myself, my body and my image, I was introduced to Wiehann. We set a goal with intermittent targets and worked together to achieve them. Thanks to his motivation and support I have lost over 30kgs. Wiehann changes up the routines so I don’t get bored or know what to expect. His knowledge of the body and training techniques are flawless and will adjust a hand grip or an angle of weight to really focus on a muscle, which you can then feel working properly. Going from a couch potato to running for half an hour straight is only due to Wiehann and his dedication to the goal and his passion for his clients. Now the first goal was reached, time to move the posts, which I look forward to doing with Wiehann.
